Talk about useless. We have Fortinet phone system and cannot connect this app to it. What is the point. I'll install from another company and get something that works. or even better, get rid of Fortinet altogether.

Finally, after 2 years of being jerked around by inept support with developers so incompetent that they could not deliver a fix despite the issue being 100% repeatable, documented, demonstrated, and proven over and over on multiple hardware, networks, ISP's, and configurations-- I am pleased to say that Fortinet has finally delivered a fully working Softclient as of 3.0.1.206! It took 3 major releases, and hundreds of builds in between, but it works now, and it’s AMAZING! I highly recommend it.

When i first installed this app it worked fine. Now i cant install any extension I get a database error. I read other posts other users getting the same thing. Fortinet believe your app is broken.
