Don't know what's gone wrong with this app. I keep getting an error "Invalid Patient Details" on EVERY screen and am neither able to access my old reports nor upload a new one. I used to make appointments using this app before with the same patient details.

Services by nurse staff were good. More coordination is required between nurses, housekeeping and services as less follow up was observed between in house agencies. House keeping staff needs to be more quick in follow up with the patient. Rest services are great. Nurses are apt in responding. Little more agility is required from their end. Also junior doctor's review and his feedback to staff team with subsequent follow up needs more attention.
