I had a lot of trouble with this service. After I talked to a very helpful manager, he resolved the issues and the service became reliable for one time. However, after changing my feedback, I continued to have the same issues: cancelled appointments last minute, cleaners showing up late, not showing up or demanding a different time than the booked. the local manager said that they cannot honor the appointment as they are fully booked despite having a booked time. unprofessional and unreliable.

The professionals are great and got me out of a bind with my bathroom, but DO NOT PAY FOR THE PREMIUM SERVICE. It's an absolute con. Almost impossible to use the credits and when able it's only £30 each booking against an extremely overpriced service, so in no way beneficial. I see lots of people saying they have been unable to use. £80 down the drain.

The cleaners we have are amazing, however I feel a bit trapped in the customer service now. I've tried to amend the service multiple times through the app and unfortunately it feels like there is noone on the other end. I tried cancelling the bank account it was tied to, but now I just get invoices to my email address. Also, the "members club" claimed to give credits however I haven't been able to use them, so I'm stuck with a service that is more expensive than I can afford. Makes me sad.
