We are now launching our False Nine app which is connected to all your favorite exercises from fotbolsövningar.se. In the app, you can easily be inspired by several different exercises, save them to your favorites and create training sessions for your workouts.

The app is still being developed and will have even more features in the future, such as creating your own exercises, adding your training sessions to the calendar, managing your team and getting access to smart tools for better training.
