2 days ago I purchased a monthly subscription. I have not been able to use it since. Whenever I log in, I'm given an error message that my plan has expired. how can something good for 30 days expire without ever being used within 48 hours? Customer service is not much help. If this doesn't get resolved, I want my money back! I have screenshots of proof of the completed payment. 12 hour turn around time to resolve issues is ridiculous! At this point, I don't even want to play.

Never worked. Payed the monthly subscription, went to open it and nothing. Reached out to support and would receive the same message every time. Pretty sure it was a bot. Link was sent to try to login & it always just wanted me to pay again. Link to cancel goes nowhere. I'm disputing the charge with my bank, as I could never reach an actual person to speak with.

wanted to cancel as it wasn't my thing, but I had to go to a web browser to attempt to cancel but every time I tried to cancel it said sorry there was an error. so I used the email provided but then noticed when in my emails for confirmation of purchase there was an email that is completely different to the one on the support page. still haven't been able to cancel yet.
