I've been using this app for a long time. After the last big update it started to work very strangely, slowly, most of the servers connection is poor. For example app do not update from Google Play market, gets an error, so support provided .apk file to install. And still Google play updates are cannot be installed

The speed is extremely slow across all protocols and very disappointing. I tested the premium version for two weeks. If I had to name the three slowest VPNs I've ever used, this would definitely be one of them.

Impossible to manage subscription. I bought new code to continue my subscription and I have started using it. I wrote email to support to cancel my previous / old code. However, I was charged for renew old code. So, I was double charged
