The real-time information isn't real time. At first viewing the app looks great, if a little tedious to go through various steps to get the data needed. The "Read Time" information was staying the same when turning on the kettle and found out you need to actually log out and back in to refresh the kwh being used. The app seems to cater for several sites, but the average home owner would only have 1 inverter installed, so the app needs a lot of improvements.

I agree with all the other negative reviews. Terrible software. Unreliable connection and data reporting. Unnecessary number of logins and clicks all the time. It also shows more power coming out of the inverter than going in, which is a neat trick. I run a software development team and if we'd built software this bad I'd fire the team then fire myself!

I've used the app for about 4 weeks now. I got used to the irritating "invalid token" log on message, and the app's function was good enough. I like the"real time data" graphic of the power generated and split between the house, battery and grid. But, I've given the app a poor rating as I've been unable to access the real time data graphic for the last couple of weeks... until today. However now that I can see the graphic, it shows the system as not generating any power.
