About this app

GL Foyer is an operations app for school staff to manage student movements and records in real time. It is for authorized school teams; students and parents do not use this app directly.

What staff can do:-
Normal Leaves: approve leave and sign students out/in.
Adhoc Leaves: record urgent, short‑notice leave with notes.
On‑Ground: change a student’s on‑campus location (dorm, class, activity).
Health status: log unwell/medical updates.
Search and filter: find students by dormitory, class, or year.
Timeline: view a clear history of movements and actions.

How the screenshots map to features:-
Approved Adhoc Leaves: shows a confirmed adhoc leave with depart/return times and status.
On Ground actions: Sign Out, Sign In, or Change Location for a student.
Location Record: select a new on‑campus location (e.g., Cedar Hall, Library), then save.
Sign Out to On Ground: confirms the selected location and time stamp before saving.
Leave: simple Sign Out / Sign In flow for normal leaves.
Approved Leaves: shows host details with “On Leave” status.
Students list: browse students; quick actions for Leave, Adhoc Leave, and On Ground.

Access:-
Requires a school account provided by your institution (sign‑up at go‑liberty.com).

Privacy:-
Student information is handled according to the school’s policies and applicable regulations.
