I've had my cpap for a little under a year and hadn't really thought about the app until I got my replacement supplies. Saw the app and decided to see if i had downloaded it before, and I had. I must say that it worked great for me! No stopping or closing. Went thru all the sections (even the help section), and all was good!! Appreciated the tips on leaking because I have been having that issue. Being woken up by a screeching noise is no fun and really messes up my sleep and day. Thank you F&P!

The mymask app worked at first. But now it won't open at all. I uninstalled it, then reinstalled. Still won't work. My experience sounds pretty common. I see experiences like mine dating back 6 months. Somebody at F&P should have looked into this already and had it fixed. The last update was 6months ago, about the time these problems started.

Quite pleased with the app, but I have an issue with the settings. I've set it up to my original mask, but due to repeated sealing problems my GP has since recommended a different style mask. I am unable to change the type of mask in the app, and it seems that I have to uninstall/reinstall the app to achieve this.
