My app is a day behind. A full day behind. I have attempted to re-install app, turn devices off and on and other common troubleshooting issues. Still did not work. Needs to have more detailed sleep data as well. Still has inaccurate data

Always disconnects from machine. Have to reconnect it every 3-4 days by unplugging from power source, disconnecting/forgetting bluetooth. Its just too troublesome to do every week. Information displayed on the app could be better and not just the basic stuff.

Thank you for your feedback. In order to try to resolve this issue, could you please turn off the Sleepstyle device (unplug from the wall), then go to the Bluetooth settings in your phone and forget the pair connection to the Sleepstyle device. Once this is done, plug the Sleepstyle device back into the wall and try pairing again. Regards ^JG.

So much potential.....there should/could be a 'feedback' section, with the disclaimer that it's not for medical advice or a link to a health professional, but for suggestions, adds and changes. For example, if you have a nap at 1pm then go to bed at 10pm. The app presumes you have been sleeping right through - ie. 9hours are added to your sleep time when it should only be 1 or 2 for the nap. Skewing the figures massively and making the whole monitoring redundant.
