Just started using my machine. The app reports strange start and end times. For example. Last night I started at 10ish and took the mask off at some point as I was struggling. In the morning the app reports. From 12:45pm till 12:20am. Total 2:12. Seems odd. Does not give me much confidence.
Had a bit of trouble at first syncing it to my phone but after turning the Bluetooth on the machine off then on, my phone picked it up. Like to be able to see more useful data though.
Bluetooth connectivity was impossible, when it connected the sync code flicks up so quickly it then fails. Tried to reset password to set up on a different device and even the reset link didn't work.
I'm at the end of a one month trial of a sleep style auto and considering to purchase another brand purely because of the lack of data in this app. I've seen the data it actually captures on the clinical reports available for the doctor and really annoyed that I'm not able to see a large amount of MY data, it doesn't belong to the doctor but ME. Why can't I see the graphs of the pressure or the 90% pressure. I am going to adjust my clinical settings over time. I spent my career analysing complex systems reading and analysing data. Very annoyed is it just a lowest common denominator thing? We will hide the data because some people don't have the ability to analyze and act correctly on what they see? Can I get infosmart which does contain access to the actual data not a simplified excuse for meaningful data this app provides. All this app shows you is graphs of leaking and an AHI number. If you login to the online version of this app the only extra is a nightly breakdown of OA vs CA. Also Bluetooth connection is hit and miss. Multiple times it hasn't connected to Nexus 5x Android 8 usually a combination of turning Bluetooth on and off, hitting the connect button will bring it back. Perhaps something in the app to show connection status?
Cannot connect to the CPap under any circumstances - absolutely nothing wrong with Phones Bluetooth function. Update: After being contacted by the developers I was at last able to sync the app with my CPap device. BUT, no data!!!! I still have to remove the USB key and plug it into the computer which really defeats the whole purpose of a phone app.
The information available on the app is very limited especially if the patient wants better data management to improve their therapy. I'm also displeased that there is no software solution for patients that display useful information that is ONLY available to healthcare providers, especially considering how expensive the machines are. There is also a data mismatch between the Sleepstyle Auto and this app where the therapy data is one minute lower than what the Machine screen displays. The AHI is always .1 higher than what the Machine says. Changing machines also removes all previous synched data....
