FocusGo is a light and bare-bones gallery app with no extra frills—just a straightforward way to view your photos. However, I noticed it takes some time to load thumbnails when there are too many photos in the gallery. While it’s simple and easy to use, the performance could be improved for better usability. Good for basic needs, but not the fastest option out there.

Thank you for supporting a wide variety of files, images, and compressions including the various types of animated gif schemes! Hopefully there will be more folder browsing options but this is looking to be a solid "Photos" replacement. Edit: folder browsing options like folder name font size change, move to folder, copy to folder. Not just delete. Update 05/01/2024: I noticed that the app misses displaying some files or sometimes they're in the wrong order.

Hi. Thanks for the feedback. Those are file operations which I don't have plans to support. I plan on offering sorting and pinning though.

Great app, smooth quick and clean. May I ask for the option to exclude or limit access specific folders? In response: Other apps have a way to show pics in specific folders, or ignore pics in other folders. For example, exclude all files in the 'download' folder or 'music' folder. Or, allow access to the 'pictures' folder but exclude the 'work' subfolder within the 'pictures' folder. It need a sort pictures by date taken option.
