I've mostly enjoyed this app, but quite often it won't let me read an article & tells me I have to have a subscription to access it, which is extremely annoying. If this had been a one-off glitch, I'd have got over it, but it's happened quite often. I've tried emailing, but got nowhere. I won't be renewing my subscription.

Terrible app. Cancelled my subscription. Did not recognise my email address even though I was paying the subscription. Asked for help and support and found them to be really unhelpful. Shame, because the news coverage is excellent, if you can get to read it!

Unsubscribing is too opaque. I had to specifically use Chrome rather than Mozilla and I am now stuck with another year's subscription and will never resubscribe. How to lose readership long term. Thanks to my computer savvy husband who sorted it out for me.
