About this app

The FreeStyle LibreLink app is approved for use with FreeStyle Libre and FreeStyle Libre 2 sensors. You can check your glucose by reading your sensor with your phone. FreeStyle Libre 2 sensor users can now get automatic glucose readings in the FreeStyle LibreLink app, updated every minute, and also receive alarms when their glucose is low or high [1]

You can use the FreeStyle LibreLink app to:

* View your current glucose reading, trend arrow and glucose history
* Receive low or high glucose alarm with FreeStyle Libre 2 sensors
* Consult reports such as Time in Interval and Daily Patterns
* Share your data with your healthcare professional and family, with your permission

COMPATIBLE SMARTPHONES
Compatibility may vary depending on cell phones and operating systems. Learn more about compatible phones at http://FreeStyleLibre.com.

USE YOUR APP AND THE READER WITH THE SAME SENSOR
Alarms can only be generated on your FreeStyle Libre 2 player or your cell phone (not both). To receive alarms on your cell phone, you must launch the sensor with the application. To receive alarms on your FreeStyle Libre 2 reader, you must initiate the sensor with the reader. When the sensor has been initialized with the reader, you can also read that sensor with your cell phone.

Remember that the application and the reader do not share data with each other. To get complete information on a device, read the sensor every 8 hours with that device, otherwise your reports will not include all of your data. You can upload and view data from all your devices at LibreView.com.

APPLICATION INFORMATION
The FreeStyle LibreLink is intended to measure glucose levels in people with diabetes when used with a sensor. Consult a healthcare professional to confirm whether this product is right for you or if you have questions about using this product to make treatment decisions.

Get more information at http://FreeStyleLibre.com.

[1] If you are using the FreeStyle LibreLink app, you will also need access to a blood glucose monitoring system, as the app does not include one.

[2] Alarms you receive do not include your glucose reading, so you must read the sensor to check your glucose.
