The FreeStyle Libre 3 app is cleared for use with the FreeStyle Libre 3 system sensors.

The newest member of the FreeStyle Libre family is the most advanced continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology designed to help you make progress:

• Your glucose in real time, anytime [1].
• Be notified the minute your glucose is too low or high. Optional alarms[2] help you know when to take action.
• Real-time readings updated every minute—5x faster than any other CGMs[3].
• Get detailed reports, including your time in range, to better understand your glucose trends and patterns.

COMPATIBILITY
You can only use the FreeStyle Libre 3 app with the FreeStyle Libre 3 system sensors. It is not compatible with FreeStyle Libre or FreeStyle Libre 2 Family of Sensors.

APP INFORMATION
The FreeStyle Libre 3 app is intended for measuring glucose levels in people with diabetes when used with the FreeStyle Libre 3 system sensors. For more information on how to use the FreeStyle Libre 3 app, please refer to the User’s Manual.

[1] A 60-minute warm-up is required when applying the sensor.
[2] Notifications will only be received when alarms are turned on and the sensor is within [30 feet or 10 meters] unobstructed of the reading device. You must enable the appropriate settings on your smartphone to receive alarms and alerts. See the FreeStyle Libre 3 User’s Manual for more information.
[3] The user’s device must have internet connectivity for glucose data to automatically upload to LibreView.

I've used this app for several years with varying success (only sensor failure.issues). However, about a month or two ago, this app started randomly disconnecting from my sensor. Happens several times a week and it sends off a blaring alarm. Only an app force stop fixes it. I know have to turn my phone off in certain places to prevent this loud app failure. Phone and app are both up to date - this is clearly an app issue. Please fix, considering stopping with Libre if this doesn't get fixed.

Im getting a lot of connection issues, it will have a notification saying click to check levels but when i do it says signal loss. when the signal loss goes on for 30 min it will alarm but until then i have no idea its not being tracked. another problem ive been having is it will graph the line, even going into an alarm, then later the same graph will be changed showing it never got to the alarm range.

I love the function. However, I'm always crossing my fingers and praying to God that I get the initial reading after installing it. I keep restarting my phone and uninstalling the app to reinstall it. This is too much. Fix this issue. I have called makers, Abbott, to report it. Once it scans, it's fantastic. I love it better than the 2 libre. It keeps u from having to scan. Please fix this issue, and I will rate it higher. It seems as though I have to call again. This isn't scanning either.
