The FreeStyle Libre 3 app is approved for use with FreeStyle Libre 3 system sensors and FreeStyle Libre Select sensors.

The newest member of the FreeStyle Libre family is the most advanced technology in Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) and helps improve glucose monitoring:

• Your glucose in real time, anytime [1].

• You will receive a notification as soon as your glucose is too low or high. Optional alerts[2] help you know when you need to take action.

• Real-time readings are updated every minute - 5 times faster than other continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) systems[3].

• Receive detailed reports, including your time in the zone, to help better understand your glucose trends and development patterns.

COMPATIBILITY
You can use the FreeStyle Libre 3 app only with the sensors of the FreeStyle Libre 3 system and the FreeStyle Libre Select sensor. It is not compatible with FreeStyle Libre or FreeStyle Libre 2 product family sensors.

ABOUT THE APPLICATION
The FreeStyle Libre 3 app is intended for measuring glucose levels in people with diabetes when used with the FreeStyle Libre 3 system sensors or the FreeStyle Libre Select sensor. More information on using the FreeStyle Libre 3 application can be found in the user manual.

[1] After inserting the sensor, it can be used to check glucose after 60 minutes.
[2] Notifications are only received when alarms are turned on and the sensor is within [30 feet or 10 meters] of an unobstructed distance from the reader or smartphone with which the sensor was initiated. The appropriate smartphone settings must be enabled to receive alerts and notifications. See the FreeStyle Libre 3 User Manual for more information.
[3] The user's device must have an internet connection in order for the glucose data to be automatically uploaded to the LibreView system.
