The FreeStyle Libre 3 app is approved for use with the FreeStyle Libre 3 system sensors and FreeStyle Libre Select sensors.

The latest addition to the FreeStyle Libre family is the most advanced continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology and helps you improve your glucose control:

• Your glucose in real time, anytime [1].

• Get notified the moment your glucose is too low or too high. Optional alerts[2] help you know when to take action.

• Real-time readings update every minute - 5 times faster than other continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) systems[3].

• Get detailed reports, including your time in range, to help you better understand your glucose trends and patterns.

COMPATIBILITY
You can only use the FreeStyle Libre 3 app with the FreeStyle Libre 3 system sensors and the FreeStyle Libre Select sensor. It is not compatible with FreeStyle Libre or FreeStyle Libre 2 family sensors.

APP INFORMATION
The FreeStyle Libre 3 app is intended for use by people with diabetes to measure glucose levels when used with FreeStyle Libre 3 system sensors or the FreeStyle Libre Select sensor. For more information on using the FreeStyle Libre 3 app, see the user guide.

[1] After inserting the sensor, it can be used to check glucose after 60 minutes.
[2] Notifications are only received when alarms are turned on and the sensor is within [33 feet or 10 meters] of the reader or smartphone that initiated the sensor. Appropriate smartphone settings must be enabled to receive alerts and notifications. See the FreeStyle Libre 3 User Guide for more information.
[3] The user’s device must have an internet connection to automatically upload glucose data to the LibreView system.
