I really really like it... And thay coming from someone who doesnt like going to the gym and prefers basketball :p Plus its supper easy and customisable. And to top it all, it gives you the choice between what exercise you wish to do, but giving you the same result! Brilliant.

As a free app this is awesome. The 1 thing missing is the ability to have multiple training "plan". So if I plan to workout 5 times a week, the app will offer the same training plan 5 times... Answer to Dev : I'm using the "at home training programs" because all the gyms are closed here.

Thank you for your feedback! Not all workouts are the same every day, like "First time in the gym" is. Try for example the "Gym training workout program", this will have different activities on each day of the week. Some workouts can also be done simultaneously, such as gym training and cardio training.

Can't see why something like this is completely free lol. I would suggest to include the weight next to the reps, also on the normal gym workout to include 2 muscle groups, instead of 5 day split. Other than that, it's a simple and amazing app! Well done π
