Useless app,the customer services don't even work, parcels aren't picked on time. Coin system just to attract people but the delivery charges are like 200 on every product (almost) the coins aren't even sold if you put them up for sale. most deliveries are cancelled for some or the other reason. The items that we post for sale are deleted by the app managers very often. It's just a waste of money and time . It was a very discouraging experience as a student as I spent money and all in vain.

The purpose of creating a platform for thrifting/small businesses is served, but there are several issues: 1. It crashes often 2. The search engine is terrible, it picks up individual words rather than the whole phrase. If I search for "Nail paints" it shows anything corresponding to either of the words including press on nails, acrylic paints, watercolour paints, nail art kits which are irrelevant to my query. 3. In the brand filter many popular brands aren't available like Kay Beauty.

My experience with the FreeUp app has been very disappointing. I have been using it for a month, and initially, they used to deduct 30 rupees for cash payment products. But starting from last week, they added a 7 rupees payment transfer fee on top of the 30 rupees, making it 37 rupees. And now, it has gone above 40 rupees. This is horrible for me as I cannot afford to pay such a high amount. Using the app is no longer affordable for me, and I am seriously considering stopping its use.
