The Caregiver mobile app works in tandem with Belle X mPERS devices to offer increased peace of mind for subscribers and their loved ones.

The Caregiver app enhances the experience with Belle X mPERS devices by offering helpful information at a glance for caregivers.

With the app, caregivers can:
Locate the device on demand
Ring the device to help find misplaced units
Receive app notifications for button presses, falls, low battery, power off, and first motion of the day
View button press history
Check device battery level
Check the device’s first motion of the day and set a target first motion time
Track steps and set a daily step goal

Although I was getting notifications, I'm no longer getting any! I have the app to keep tabs on my elderly Mom. Now will have to call Qmedic and hope they can help. Shouldn't be this painful. When it works, it's good/adequate.

The app doesn't automatically update with the correct information when you open it. You have to swipe down and allow the whole app to refresh. Also, the step counter is inaccurate and doesn't remember and show the correct number of steps. It won't remember the steps taken on a particular day unless I actually open the app on that day. If I didn't look at it that day and then opened on the next day, the count for that previous day would be wrong.

The app does not consistently update. I am trying to see where my elderly mother is but the location info shows last night's location. I have refreshed several times. Same results
