About this app

Change a habit at your own pace with Freevia, a calm, private tracker for the moments, choices and progress that matter to you. Start with a goal that feels right for you: quit, reduce, observe or understand a behavior.

Support for your journey
Track one or more behaviors, including custom trackers.

•
Set a quit or gradual-reduction goal, with a baseline, target and reduction pace.

•
Record cravings on a 1–10 scale, notice triggers, and note what helped.

•
Use guided breathing, urge-surfing and a delay timer when you want a pause.

•
Record setbacks without judgment; earlier entries stay in your history.

•
Review calendar-aware streaks, milestones, check-ins and detailed trends.

•
Log actual use to make reduction estimates more meaningful.

•
Keep a private journal and personal reasons on your device.

•
Choose English or Arabic, light/dark/system appearance, font scaling and optional local reminders.

•
Add an optional biometric app lock, block screenshots on selected sensitive screens, and use a discreet progress widget.

•
Export or restore a checksum-verified backup when you choose.

Ad-supported: Freevia shows adaptive banner ads on selected general screens and may show an interstitial after creating a new tracker, with a six-hour minimum interval. Ads are not shown in craving-support, setback, journal or other sensitive-entry flows. Ads and consent forms require internet access; they may not load when offline. Google Mobile Ads may process device, identifier, diagnostics and ad-interaction information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. UMP presents consent choices where required and provides a privacy-options entry point when required. Your encrypted tracker, craving and journal records are not sent to Google. Review our privacy policy and Google's privacy materials for details.

Private by design: Freevia's tracking tools work offline and save personal records in an encrypted local database. Internet is used by the optional ad and consent services only. There is no Freevia account, cloud sync or in-app billing. Exported backups may contain sensitive personal information; store them somewhere private.

Freevia is a self-tracking and wellbeing tool, not a diagnosis or treatment service. It is not a substitute for professional care. If alcohol dependence or withdrawal may be present, seek qualified medical advice before changing alcohol use. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Track habits, cravings and progress privately—your records stay on your device.
