Ratings and reviews

App does not work. Requires credit card information even though it's a $0.00 transaction just in order to book an appointment. When trying to add the info it wanted, it just keeps saying to open my bank app to approve (though my bank app never prompted) and then it says two-factor authorization failed even though that's not something I have set up. I just wanted to make an appointment, not pay for anything.

This app glitches frequently on Android. I open the app and within seconds it will close itself down again. I keep checking for updates but none so far to address this and I'm using the latest update as of today. When it works - it's good though. Sadly if using the web version, it keeps loading in foreign languages. Very frustrating trying to book using Fresha but my tech doesn't have an alternative at the moment.

I have been a client of Adele's for many years. Awesome massage treatments, facials etc, the best I have ever had and for an extremely good price. The treatment room has a wonderful atmosphere, so calming and relaxing. Parking is ideal on the driveway. Adele is extraordinarily intuitive and empathic, which enables her to be in tune with one's body and skin, so provides exactly what is needed. She has a gift for listening, understanding and generally makes one feel cared for and special.
