App does not work. Requires credit card information even though it's a $0.00 transaction just in order to book an appointment. When trying to add the info it wanted, it just keeps saying to open my bank app to approve (though my bank app never prompted) and then it says two-factor authorization failed even though that's not something I have set up. I just wanted to make an appointment, not pay for anything.

I was misled into purchasing a gift card under the impression,based on the stated terms,that a 14-day refund policy applied. After buying the gift card for a friend, I later discovered that it could not be used. I then requested a refund. After two days of repeated follow-ups, I was informed that the purchase was processed through the business and that the refund decision was therefore at the business’s discretion. This information was never disclosed at any point during the purchase process

Easy to use, found a Salon with great details of their services. Not sure if this is something that's required by the app or not. I will definitely use it again and hope to have the same results.
