Ratings and reviews

Most functions in the app work well, the mileage tracker is disappointing. Works about 60% of the time. If a trip is missed putting it in is time consuming, having it save frequent/recently used addresses would cut the time in half. The app lacks the ability to record payments which is odd as you can do most everything else. 6.5-7 out of 10. I'm happy with the software itself and customer service has been great.

Freshbooks, the invoice generator terrorists. I've been using Freshbooks for 8 years now. Lately I had problems uploading my logo to my invoices. I called support and they told me I was shutting down the program wrong. I used the "x" on the web browser instead of "logging out" to quit the program. Apparently, this generates errors in the program, and that was the reason I couldn't upload my logo. He tells me that he could get it fixed for $799.99. Wow! Bye.

Search function is broken for past invoices. There is no way to sort the results and after you click one of the results to obtain any useful information, when you go back your Search is EARASED! This requires you to search again and is very frustrating. I pay $50 a month for this kind of service?... yes I do, it is time to move on to something more user friendly. Printing an invoice is very convoluted process of sharing as a pdf that invariably results in an app crash.
