No Longer Works on Nexus 5X This replaces a very good review I gave the app before. For the last two months the QBO app has stopped working on Nexus 5X and produces an error message when it tries to sign in and download transactions. Two months later and after reaching out to technical support several times and receiving absolutely no response, I am wondering why I pay for a "online" service that I can't access from my phone when I actually need it. It used to be a great app and they were making good improvements and updates.
Thank you I'm impressed, there is actually somebody listening. Thank you for a version that runs on my tablet, I've been checking once a week. Little bit of a learning curve if your a long time QuickBooks user. A lot of things are similar others not so much. But, they do seem to do continual improvement. Overall satisfied and feel I am getting my subscriptions worth. Kudos to the team.
Update causing problems Ever since a recent update, this app has not worked and caused my Google now functions to stop working, forcing me to factory reset. QuickBooks needs to fix this stat!
Great product but... I can not edit any payment (to QB) information via the app nor my cell browser. Huge disappointment as my service was interrupted due to non pay while my PC was on the fritz and my credit card information changed in the interim. I suggest implementation of a web interface that is fully accessible via androids and iproducts as not everyone has or relies upon computers anymore.
Worked until it updated. It is currently completely useless. Every time I open the app it just says it has encountered a problem and closes. I've tried reinstalling it and that didn't help. Worst of all? The website for QuickBooks online is nearly impossible to use with a smart phone so now I'm away from my computer and need to invoice customers and I can't because I obviously chose the wrong accounting software. Update: after the response below I contacted support as they requested and got no response
Doesn't work for the last few months on any of my devices. Called many times support and they said they are aware of the problem and they are working on it. This is insane!!! I'm paying every month to get the online version and it doesn't even let me sign in. It shouldn't take month to fix such a problem.
