Usually great, until this latest update... My company has been using this program for years, and it has been great. Up until this latest update. I have been finding it gets frozen in either the credit card processing or when trying to email the receipt or invoice. UPDATE: I have tried clearing the cache and uninstalling and reinstalling, with no change. It is taking up a lot of time now when dealing with customers to receive payment and send copies of receipts because the app freezes. Please fix, because this is usually a great app.
Can't apply payments AGAIN Update 11/25/16. Same s*** different day. Can't log in. Nothing works. Think you guys need to fire developers because as of 1/1/17. I am OUT. Can't keep dealing with this. 11/11/16 Every Friday there is some dang issue & Every update I have to uninstall and reinstall this app or I cannot apply payments. The app doesn't allow for expense payment options for other than credit, check, and cash. Need to make it a drop down like QB Online. It's important as many expenses are entered on the go for my business.
Good app This app is ok, it's really frustrating that I can't accept credit cards in the app. It won't recognize the card reader. The QuickBooks go payment app that will recognize the card reader. So to get my payments to show up in QuickBooks I have to bring along another phone which is inconvenient for me. I'm using the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Hope they get a fix for it soon
Locks, Freezes, and won't sync Updated last week and haven't been able to use it since. I've reinstalled, cleared cache, resynced data... nothing. QB customer service "can't see any issues with my login" so who knows ? Ive been reduced to entering all my invoices from my computer at home (defeats the purpose of the app doesn't it?). Until they fix this update, don't download it.
Expensive, not user friendly, cannot send invoices from mobile app and support not able to solve the problem?????? Update: The problem was being "dealt with" since 4 weeks before my rating. Then a few more weeks later it mysteriously became resolved. Now the announced G Suite integration... where is it? I'm in the UK?
Keeps me on track I'm so happy with QB. Makes estimates, invoices And takes payment. That's what's most important to me. Haven't used it to pay my bills yet. I'll explore it later. Wish I could set alarms to do estimate follow-up. Would be so helpful
