I have been here since the beginning of QBO. I have contacted a couple of times about issues with the app and never got response. The app is missing important elements that would be needed when I am not in the office. I always have to wait to load QBO on my computer at the office to add charges to may clients account. Most updates had only been visual. Barly any function updates. And what is the use of adding notes from the app and you cant see them from the full web client.
So, I decided to use QuickBooks Online. I should have been using QuickBooks a long time ago. This is a great program. It has everything that I need to send estimates, invoices and setup appointments. Appointments are automatically synced to my Google calendar. Estimates can be sent via email as PDF. They can also be turned into invoices in a step or two. QuickBooks has too many features to mention here. It's worth paying a monthly fee for QuickBooks Online. This program will keep you organised.
I love the idea and most of the time it's great. I have a few things I'd like to have sorted. One the cache seems to not be accurate, sometimes I see recent transactions and sometimes I don't see any in the phone. Two I think you should have a start page you can select in prefs so it opens in say customers. Three finger print recognition, if banks can do it..... Other than that it's great.
I love this app for managing my business invoices and letting me go paper less. I also really like that it keeps track of where I'm spending most of my money right from the opening dashboard. It keeps me accountable! It has been glitchy since the last update and crashes without notice. Overall, though, I really love QuuckBooks and recommend it to all my business-owner friends.
I pay good money to use the app to do my book keeping. Though you will find the app never works. Specifically, you can't save entries, so you spend all your time writing entries just to lose the data. Then, you go on your browser and your booking is all messed because of the app's errors. This app is not for anyone who would not like to spend hours trying to resolve software issues, that in the end never get resolved. Customer service will just blame another department and never respond to your tickets. Thanks Quickbooks.
Very close to cancelling my subscription as app doesn't work. After adding 4-5 receipts I get an error message that my request cannot be added and I should call customer support. Have tried reinstalling clearing cache signing out and nothing works permanently Very frustrated
