HORRIBLE!! I downloaded the app because the contracting platform I use said they are able to sync QuickBooks. I paid the monthly fee but was unable to sync my account. it's ok, no biggie. I was told that if I created a QuickBooks checking account that I would have instant and same day access to funds paid through an invoice I sent. so, I decided to use the service for a deposit invoice for a customer. 2 days later, still don't have access to the funds. yet the customer service rep said I should

There are quite a few issues (and limitations) within the phone app, but the most recent one is the inability to add a journal entry using my phone. I'm able to access the screen, but it won't let me enter any data...have to do it on the desktop. Another issue - if the Scan Receipt function times out (regularly), you have to retrieve the crumpled up receipt from the dirty trash to retake the picture or take a regular picture as backup. Either way, it is unnecessary duplicate efforts.

“This thing is constantly frustrating. It used to work pretty well, but for the last couple of weeks I’m lucky if I can even get logged in. It just sits there thinking forever and then tells me to try again later. This goes on and on. I’ve tried resetting it, deleting the app, reinstalling it—everything. It used to work fairly well. But with all the constant changes they keep making, you finally get used to it and then they change everything around again. two stars because it's okay when it work
