Your bank already tells you what you spent. Fresh Budget just listens, files it, and never tells anyone else.
Most budgeting apps ask you to hand over your bank login to a company you have never met. Fresh Budget does not have a server to send it to. No account, no sign-up, no sync, no ads, no analytics. Your money data is written to your phone and it stays on your phone.

IT LOGS SPENDING FOR YOU
Grant notification access once and Fresh Budget reads the alerts your bank and wallet apps already post — amount, currency, merchant, card last-4, in or out — and files a categorised transaction. Card ending 1234 goes to the account you tagged 1234.
It is deliberately careful. One-time passcodes, promos and declined payments are skipped. Anything it is unsure about waits in a Review queue instead of being logged blindly, and duplicate alerts for the same purchase get flagged so a single coffee is not counted three times. Correct a merchant's category once and it remembers for next time.
Banks that only send texts? Copy the messages, paste them into the importer, and it splits and reads the whole batch at once.

BUILT FOR MORE THAN ONE CURRENCY
PKR, SAR, USD, AED, EUR, GBP and INR. Give every account its own currency, pick the one you want to think in, and Fresh Budget converts the rest using live rates it fetches anonymously — no key, no account, and sensible offline rates until it first connects.

A ZAKAT TRACKER THAT ACTUALLY TRACKS
Not a one-off calculator. Add your cash, gold, silver, investments and debts, each with the date you acquired it. Choose the silver (595g) or gold (85g) nisab standard, pull the live metal price to convert nisab into your currency, or type it in yourself. Set the date you crossed nisab and the app tracks your hawl — the full lunar year — so it tells you zakat is due on the right date, not the moment your balance happens to look big. Then it works out the 2.5%.

AN ANALYST THAT RUNS ON YOUR PHONE
The Analyst tab studies your own transactions on-device and reports what it finds, ranked by money at stake:
• Subscriptions and recurring bills it detected statistically, with no preset list of merchant names — cadence, next due date, and a warning when a price creeps up
• Whether this month is on pace to beat your own average, based on your real history
• Unusual spikes, merchant concentration, small-purchase drift, savings rate
Optional reminders can nudge you three days before a detected bill is due, or when a budget is blown.

EVERYTHING ELSE
• Accounts and cards in parallel — bank, cash, wallet, savings, debit, credit
• Real credit cards: set a limit, see owed and available, pay the card with a transfer that does not fake income
• Monthly budgets per category with live progress
• Savings goals — emergency fund, a car, Hajj, a move abroad
• 48 built-in categories with keyword-driven auto-sorting
• Reports: income vs expenses over six months, net worth trend, where this month's money went, balance by currency
• CSV export and a full JSON backup you can restore
• Light and dark themes, following your system setting

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
No cloud. No account. No ads. No analytics SDK. No selling anything to anyone. The app makes exactly two network requests, both anonymous and both optional in practice: currency rates, and the gold and silver price for nisab. Neither one carries a single byte of your financial data.
Uninstall it and your data is gone, because there was never a copy anywhere else.
Built by one developer who wanted an expense tracker that did not want anything back.
Private expense tracker. Logs your bank alerts. No cloud, no account, no ads.
