Updating my review to 4 stars. Mobile is still not as great as the desktop app, and it kind of jumps around when I'm trying to reply to an email on my phone (the location of the draft moves on the screen when I go between the draft I'm writing and the original message or related comments so I'm nervous I'm going to accidentally hit send before I'm ready), so I usually only use the mobile app to alert me to urgent issues, which I then handle on the desktop app or browser version.

This a commutation app that makes communicating incredibly difficult. I think it tries to upload your message to there server instead of storing drafts locally so it constantly resets your message and typing to a prior state and it becomes a battle to try and get a message finished. Save the messages locally on my phone, send the whole thing when I hit "send". Simply no excuse for this.

Let me start by saying I love front app... On my computer it is nearly perfect. The phone app is another story. It constantly doesn't work, I'll wait a few days and then am update will fix it. A few days later, same cycle. I can't understand how there is not more attention to making sure it can handle system upgrades better with days lapse in basic functionality. Maddening experience.
