About this app

UNDOK™ is the companion app for your compatible SmartRadio or connected speaker. Use UNDOK to connect your product to your wireless network, set it up and add more products to your home in the future.

UNDOK™ allows you to control key functionality of your device including turning on/off, selecting the audio source, selecting the audio content, playing/pausing, setting the volume and accessing pre-sets.

Supported audio sources include Line Input, DAB, Internet Radio, Podcasts, FM Radio, Bluetooth, Amazon Music, Deezer, Tidal, Qobuz, Napster. The sources displayed in UNDOK will depend on the functionality enabled in your audio device.

UNDOK™ is also compatible with Spotify Connect so you can play your music directly from your Spotify app into your device. See www.spotify.com/connect for more details.

Ratings and reviews

Good in some ways, but buggy. It quite often loses the connection with my radio, or gets stuck on "loading" the radio, or insists my wifi is disabled when it works in every other app. There doesn't seem to be much rhyme or reason to this, it does it in lots of different ways and sometimes I can fix it by closing and reopening the app, sometimes it only works if I force stop the app, sometimes I need to turn the radio on and off, and sometimes I need to turn the wifi on and off!

The radio is quite good but the media player is surprisingly basic. Simple features like que, repeat 🔂 all/one, and shuffle 🔀 are missing. It would be nice if these can be added to it. Even if it means we have to pay for the app, because at the moment it is casting a shadow on the quality of the Robert Speakers. The Bluetooth is also a bit iffy, I'm not sure if it's the app or the speaker. It takes 2 attempts to get a steady connection sometimes and you can't move too far from the speaker.

I've used this app on and off for 3 years. It continues to be non intuitive. The left button takes you back to the main menu which is frustrating as it feels like this should just take you back one menu level. The demand to know location is weird and privacy invading, surely this should be based on which network you are connected to. The recent updates have made internet radio stations impossible to navigate. Update. It cannot find my connections. If you are a developer on this change jobs
