No wifi connection got weaker when power cut happens, even sometimes don't even appear

Not good at all. Inconvenient user experience and the service also suck. The internet connection even worse, the connection will good only a few minutes after you have done phone call with customer service. The worse telecom ever.

The worst service ever! Made me waited for the whole day for installation without informing anything. When they confirmed the order, they did tell me the service wouldn't be too late again & again. So I even postponed some of my appointments just to wait for the installation. But they NEVER SHOWED UP. How ridiculous! As a customer, I buy the service, not the price. My time is as precious as yours. Have some respect. And be responsible for what you do. Shame on you!
