KCC Connect is the official app used by associations under the management of the Keith S. Collins Company, LLC. KCC Connect gives you the ability to stay updated with all goings on within your association wherever you are! With this app, you can securely pay your assessments and check the status of your account while getting some sun on the beach, canoeing down a stream, or from the comfort of your couch without having to log into a computer. You can also setup recurring payments so that you never forget and get charged a pesky late fee. This app gives you quick access to your governing documents, previous meeting minutes, previous financials, or any other community documents with just a few taps of the screen. In addition, you can report issues with your association's common area by issuing a work order so that the management team can get someone out there to the property to remedy the problem. Another great feature of this app is a community calendar which shows all upcoming events or notices so that you can stay updated on what is happening with in your association. If your association has a clubhouse, then you can also reserve that space for an upcoming party with our new app. Finally, our app helps your community stay connected by allowing members easy access to the community directory in case you need to notify your neighbor that their dog has escaped the backyard again or if they left their garage door open.
