I would give it negative rating if I can. It makes you load money before booking. But the drivers never show up for the ride. The money is deducted irrespective of whether driver shows up or not. I called them once to get the refund. But I couldn't call them for next transaction. Further edit after I saw their response: I for not have time to chase down each transaction. You have a systemic problem and it should not be difficult for you to figure that out.

Poor experience. I booked a short ride from Margao to Betalbatim, and the app estimated 5 minutes for my driver to arrive. A half hour later, and my driver was still no closer to the pickup point. The driver didn't pick up the phone, or have WhatsApp. Goa Miles Support also didn't pick up the phone. Eventually I cancelled because I needed to get home. They charged me a 100 rupee cancellation fee for the entire experience.

This app is unreliable. It will not work most times and drivers refuse to show up trying to get your cancellation fee. The idea is great and when you get a driver, you do not get ripped off. The app needs to be tweaked to better protect the passenger. Drivers need to be expelled for flaunting the ride share program.
