This is GTDC (Goa Tourism Development Corporation) Application approved with government rates of plying in the state of GOA.

All our vehicles comes with pre training programs for drivers & drivers are being trained to make your journey a memorable one. We provide an inbuilt Emergency - "PANIC" button in your app to make sure that in spite of best driver training we do not take any chances with the safety of our passengers.

Book a cab in just a few taps. Here’s how it works:

• Set your pickup location (E.g. Home, Office, Airport, Railway station, current location, etc.)
• Set your Drop Location (E.g. Home, Office, Airport, Railway station, to be dropped) location, etc
• See all available cabs/taxis near your location being displayed on the map
• Multiple ways to pay: Pay Digitally for your trips in cash or via multiple cashless options like ONLINE (Debit, Credit, BHIM, UPI)
• Pick the type of vehicle you want & tap ‘CONFIRM’
• You will be able to see the type of vehicle along with the rates for your easy selection and opt for best suit
• Get instant confirmation with trip details like Driver, Vehicle number, Type of Vehicle and the OTP to be given to driver in the app itself
• Track your cab in real time with Arrival time and Drop time when you give OTP to driver
• Invoices history can be seen immediately in “MY RIDES” after you finish your trip & previous trips would be stored below the current one
• Know Fares & Ride features: Check fares & various features of a ride category before booking
• Share: Share the ride details with your near & dear ones

I was helped greatly by your counter staff Mukul at GOI Airport arrivals at Dabolim, in sorting out my booking process when he had to cancel a ride since the car had a CNG tank which did not suit our purpose. Also when I desperately needed he helped me charge my mobile phone which was very crucial for me at that point in time. It was a courtesy extended when most needed. Thank You Goa Miles and your counterstaff Mukul !

Absolutely horrible app. You have to put in money to the wallet, the drivers take it for granted and take 20-30 minutes to come after booking. If you cancel then they charge a hefty cancelation fees. Customer support then does not work and nobody picks up. If you apply for a refund of your wallet money to be transferred back it does not happen and you have just wasted that money. Do yourself a favor and do not download this app.

it takes a bit of time to book the cab, less cars are available, but the wait is much better than rest of the unnecessary overpriced options. book later option doesn't work. it would be great if someone can fix it.
