Who knows what came back?
KitCount is the materials planner for workshops, courses and classes. You set up a template once — what one seat needs, what a group needs — and the app works out how many packs to prepare for each session. Then it follows the whole route: packing, handing out, taking back, settling up.
THE ROUTE
• Template: material per seat and per group, captured once and properly
• Session: enter the number of participants, the app does the quantities
• Packing: a list you can tick off, with a running total
• Handing out: who got what, without paper slips
• Taking back: what returned, what is missing, what needs replacing
• Closing: a PDF that documents the session cleanly
LABELS THAT KEEP UP
Print labels for your boxes and packs — as a QR code or as Code 128, switchable right on the label page. The built-in scanner reads both formats and jumps straight to the right pack.
STOCK AND MONEY
• Inventory with stock levels, minimums and what needs reordering
• Cost per session, revenue and margin — shown, not guessed
• History across all sessions, so you can see what has settled in
• A finished session can be scheduled again in one move
