Reflect is a calm journal for people who want to think more clearly. Every day brings one considered prompt and a distraction-free place to write. When you explicitly ask for it, the AI reads your entry and gives you one honest observation back: a pattern, a tension, or a question sitting between the lines. No coaching platitudes and no empty validation.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your entries live locally on your device. Journal text is only transmitted when you explicitly request an AI reflection or an AI weekly review. Voice input produces text and stores no new audio recording. PostHog may process pseudonymous technical usage events; RevenueCat processes purchase and subscription data. Neither receives journal text. No account is required.

Writing, timeline and streaks are free forever. The free tier includes a weekly allowance of AI reflections. Reflect Pro unlocks unlimited reflections and the fuller AI weekly review. It is available monthly or annually, includes a free trial (7 days on monthly, 14 days on annual) and can be managed or cancelled at any time in your store settings.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need an account?
No. No sign-up, no email address. Your entries stay on your device.

Does Reflect work without internet?
Writing, search, timeline, themes and monthly reviews all run offline. Only an AI reflection needs a brief connection.

Does the AI read everything I write?
No. An entry is only transmitted when you tap "Reflect" yourself. Without that tap, no text leaves your device.

What happens if I skip a day?
Nothing. Reflect counts streaks, but it does not punish you for having a life.

Reflect is a journal for sorting your thoughts. It is not a medical or psychotherapeutic application and not a crisis service.
