I recently got this camera for christmas and i wanted to use the app to get my photos and videos but since the very first day i downloaded this and tried to use it, it doesn't work. It kicks me out and says that the app has stopped. I don't know what to do to fix this, I thought maybe it was compatible to my phone but it says it is so inhave no idea what to do to download my photos onto my phone.

App display too large for phone screen ,hiding the action options top and bottom of the phone screen. Difficult to negotiate the actions. App has not been updated since September 2024, so it needs an update urgently.

Won't work with Samsung S24 Ultra. All I get is a message of "please check connect camera WiFi" regardless of what I press onscreen.
