This app is a great idea, but it would be nice if you could copy and paste the address to put into your maps. It also would be great if it would send a notification to my screen of phone when there is an order that needs acknowledgment. Lastly, when you open the Mercury HQ app their is nothing.... you then need to click into create order, then dash board for something to come up on the app. It's better than nothing but lots of glitches!

Notifications haven't worked in several weeks. The new update doesn't show sending florist or order number, making it difficult for customers to find the senders name if it's not on the card message.

UPDATE: A lot of bugs with each update, we miss the order notifications. Buttons don't work properly, you have to go back and forth as a work around & be patient for it to load. ORIGINAL: Much easier to use for deliveries. Queries are not as robust and cannot edit address on cards or I'd give it a higher rating.
