About this app

Serving as FTI’s digital front door, the FTI Team Member app provides all team members easy access to FTI news, resources and tasks from a mobile device, including requesting paid time off (PTO), viewing a Monthly Meeting with Mike (M3), verifying gainshare payout eligibility (field incentive plan), and looking up answers to the daily ClickSafety questions (safety knowledge assessment). The app also offers a personalized experience with the ability to select your own Common Tasks and Quick Links and the option to receive in-app and push notifications.

Note: The app is only for active FTI team members and requires O365 login.

Ratings and reviews

It's an app filled with bookmarks. I wish it were a more integrated service bringing all of the apps into one. Instead of SharePoint being separate, it could be part of the app, or we design our own employee management system like workday WITHIN the FTI app. It could be more tailored to our business model, increasing the efficiency of PCs across the nation. We just need to redefine what's possible here. 3stars because I no longer need to maintain the bookmarks on my desktop.

Doesn't work at home. Works well at work on FTI wifi.
