Plug share is NOT good by itself, you still need 6+ other apps. Used this for an 8 hour road trip and it doesn't work for navigation or to find out how many chargers are open or to accurately show you chargers in the area. I used it to semi-plan a route then had to use the actual chargers' apps to search the area and find all the chargers and their availability status before trying to find our next stop manually and doing the same thing. This app is clunky and unhelpful as a standalone.

It's impossible to reset my password. The app is useless. When I try to use the forgot password reset link, it never sends me a reset link. Not even to my spam folder. When I try to create a new account, it tells me that email is already in use. When I try to contact support through the app, it tells me that the request cannot be filled until my email is verified. It's a ridiculous Merry-Go-Round. Update I received a prompt response to my issue offering a solution.

Very good app on the phone, bad interface on Android auto. The app itself is very good at helping to find and filter eV charging stations . However when you're driving, you're not supposed to be playing with your phone. The Android auto interface, while functional, is truncated & really forces you to interact with it a lot more than you should. If you have a co-pilot who's willing to work it on your phone while you drive, that's cool, but if you're by yourself, it's extremely difficult to use.
