Load times between tabs/screens. Refreshing is slow. Needs more people in browsing feature; Hub/Explore/Meet. All it has is little to nothing there. Clicking on these sections/tabs will show two to three people MAX and prompt to come back later. At times clicking on those tabs the first time show absolutely no one. Can be a good app if things like this we're fixed. Right now in the current state it's unusable; useable. Repeating profiles/fake accounts 🚫

Doesn't work. None of the screens work. The only way iv been able to see anything is to switch between tabs and things will pop up for a second and then disappear again. Update: Customer service is god awful. After sending screenshots and details of what the issues are and letting them know what I had done to troubleshoot they continue to just say it must be my fault or my connection. Not even getting what my issue is and trying to troubleshoot a completely different thing. Worst app on here.

Cannot set distance or location search parameters. You are shown profiles with a supposed distance of 30+ miles away. Your response is invalid, due to the fact that no distance search parameters can be set by users as all. The issue is not merely running out of local profiles that are closer to users, but the fact that no search parameters can be set by a user on your app. Your response does not address the key issue at heart. Please consider allowing users to set their own search parameters.

Hello Ryan, Happn operates using the GPS function on your mobile device, displaying individuals you've crossed paths with. It's actually not feasible to manually change your location within the app. However, we appreciate your feedback and will consider your suggestion for future improvements. Thank you!
