Started Karate 5 weeks ago. This app has been a valuable tool for practice when not at the dojo. It brings key resources together, displays them simply. No extra frills, it just gets the job done. No wasted effort!

if you follow this app u will become rafael aghayev but the only problem is that the language is not english but still techniques which are taught here are international level and also extremely extremely excellent and understandable u can train at home only with this app without going to any karate dojo best app 10000/10.

Just awesome .this must be so far the most informative shotokan app I have found yet ! As like most karate-ka, being able to train as regularly as we did has been greatly hampered by covid -19.. so please use this app to help u at home in our own space whilst on our own individual paths this app has a start point for any one interested in sarting up at home and the building blocks for u to carry that on and enough info to support most already on there own journey.awsome job
