Honestly one of the best shopping apps I've used. The layout is nice and the sorting features work well. I also enjoy how easy it is to order and exchange/return in the app, and access to account information, favorites, etc. The notifications are also actually helpful and not overbearing so I actually leave them on.

While the app works well enough, there is no way through the app to contact support. You have to go through the website. Also, the new flexdollars program sounds good in theory but isn't actually great. Any gift cards purchased and added to your rewards were turned into flex dollars and now expire. For example, I spent 65 dollars on a gift card that, when added,became popflex points. Now, it's turned into flex dollars. An they expire in 90 days. So, the gift card I bought has an expiration.

I love it! it's easy to find what I wanted to look for, and I can change the filters to fit my parameters. Check out and taking things off the shopping cart are just as easy with the click of a button. Best of all is that the account on the app is connected to my account on the shop app, and I get reward money through that as well.
