● Buy Currency Online: Order cash through this bank app or buy dollars and euros directly in the app, with a monthly limit equivalent to 49,999 UAH.

● Get Credit via Online Banking App: Apply for credit online with a credit limit of up to 200,000 UAH and a grace period of up to 62 days – directly in the app.

● Installment Payments and Deferred Payments: Pay in installments with 0% fees throughout the specified payment period.

PUMB is a feature-packed mobile banking app designed for convenient online banking and, making it easy to manage your finances, save money, and earn rewards – all from your smartphone with one handy bank app.

Credit card. The maximum loan amount is UAH 200,000. The real annual interest rate is up to 44.28%. The maximum loan term is 12 months with auto-renewal for the same period.

Splachuite chastynamy. The maximum loan amount is UAH 200,000. The maximum loan term is 24 months. The real annual interest rate is up to 48.31%. There is no down payment and zero fee for the term from the store.

The “Invite a friend” offer is valid until 31.05.2026. The reward is credited after the first payment made by invitation with a vseMOZHU Online card from PUMB for UAH 100 or more. Bonus UAH 300 for a card with a credit limit or UAH 100 for a card without a credit limit.

Cashback of up to 5% is accrued for orders made through the "Splachuite chastynamy" installment plan via the Cashback stores in the PUMB app.

The credit limit is set by the banks decision.

Ratings and reviews

Scammers. They automatically set up credit limit for you and show the available credit money instead of the money you have. You can't make it 0, and there is no setting to show only your money. You see that you have money, you spend it, and voilá - now you need to pay to this "bank" for using a credit!

App always have different issues, but core features are working fine. For now I can't turn off "transfer via phone" setting. I never even turned it on! I don't want other people to know my phone number. Second issue with notifications, there are lots of spam notifications from the app I don't want to see. I want to use only notifications about account and card transactions, and I only left them in the settings, but I still receive a lot of spam.

I'm with PUMB for more than six years, actively using their web service, but the app doesn't work for me - simply cannot log me in. Neither calls to the hotline, nor emails to the app's support can help. It is very frustrating and it will probably make me close all my accounts at this bank, because more and more functions are available for the customer through this app only. 28.10.20 update: after my review the problem was fixed. Thanks to the support team. Will monitor the situation and update my review after I get used to the app.
