What an awful app. Super buggy, connection issues, and it forces your photo to zoom in a little bit eating into what very little real estate there is on the photograph. There's also ads, which is surprising considering how expensive this junk was. I would highly advise going with a different product and company. This app has been garbage for years.

For some reason, every time I try to connect it to my mini 3, it never gives the option to connect it to the mini 3, only 1 and 2. It also says it can be updated, but when I check play store, it says it's fully updated. I have checked, and my phone is supposed to be compatible. Please fix this! EDIT: I already said my OS was compatible, but the auto reply didn't help. The mini 3 is a scam, and this company is very scummy. Do not buy.

This app is useless. It's compatible with my phone, but never works. I made sure that all the permissions were granted, and the settings were correct. The app never connects, even though I was able to pair it with my bluetooth. It constantly gives me an error, saying location permission is needed. On my tablet, there are constant connection issues. I have to turn the printer/my bluetooth on/off to get a stable connection. Instax support is a joke.
