Wonderful free firewall. Works very similar to Zonealarm for the desktop, which I have had running for over 2 decades. This is the one piece I have been missing for my android devices. If you can control what communicates to the rest of the world then the device will be a lot more secure. I have installed software on my PC before that shouldn't have required to communicate with the internet but was asking for permission. I would deny them and then uninstall the software.

on the plus side it has more options than any other similar product that I've seen. on the downside it's kind of quirky. i mean I'm on mobile data and yet my apps won't connect unless i Grant them wifi access. it's non obvious and annoying also that data guard and netguard have the same package names and trying to install both for testing throws a pretty unhelpful opaque error. network traffic graph looks real cool... (I'm just a sucker for graphs...)

i really love it. you should add a donate option in the menu list. i will donate, just don't like monthly subscription. no complaints, it would be nice if you could allow app access and block a range of ip addresses for individual apps. it can be grueling doing it 1 ip at a time.. then they cannot change the last ofset by 1 digit and get throw again. so out of nowhere this app change to purple and name change to Wize Data Guard all on its own, with out any update? was it infiltrated????
