THIS APP IS A DISASTER! It has to be updated constantly & with each update you have to uninstall, then reinstall the app on your device, and then it still only works half the time. Then there is the problem of new operations taking days to show up in the app. Not minuits, like other banking apps and not hours, but DAYS! I've had nothing but problems trying to use this app and after a year or so of constante aggravation, I expect nothing but problems in the future. This app is trash..

Often purchases by la banque postal debit card take days to update on my application. leaving uncertainty about the balance of an account. If a bank credit is dated for a Saturday Sunday or Monday it will inevitable not appear credited to your account until the Tuesday. In conclusion. Frequently slow to update spending and credit information other than the above, in general I am content with my banks online application services.
