Ratings and reviews

This app is very useless 😕 everything about it is useless they will block your code for no reason and if you message them it will take them more than one month to reply you. I will block them and start using another bank. If you even go to their office they will tell you that they don't see any wrong even even it's not working. Since I open my la post account I can't use it to pay online I didn't have any choice than to download online app that I use to buy things online and do transfer.

Their banking system is exceptional & super only problem is their is not enough bilingual staff who could speak at least an additional language like at least an universal language like English other than that it's a great local banking 🩵💙🤍

This app is Very slow there is always a bug somewhere. It is not ergonomic neither intuitive. I have problems with fingerprint authentication for days now and there seem to be no updates.
