DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP. This app is a scam. As soon as you open it it asks you to create an account and enter a credit card, with a statement that your card will not be charged. I foolishly thought that seemed plausible, perhaps because you could recharge your TAP card in the app. I quickly realized my mistake by going to my credit card app where I noticed 2 unauthorized charges. I blocked the charges and notified my credit card company.

A lot to like about this app. Easy to use and user friendly. One thing I wish, however, is that they would open the map when picking favorites. Right now, you have to switch modes (from nearby to bus routes)if a stop you want to save isn't within a few block radius of your current location. Otherwise it a lot better than the "official" metro app. Update: Was having problems but they fixed it. Good work 👍

It used to be ok but within the past few years, this app would report two different busses coming and there would only be one, usually with the earlier bus being fictitious and never showing up. The times of the busses usually end up coming close to each other, with the earlier bus increasing in minutes of arrival whereas the later bus decreases. This has caused me to be late to work several times. I am not sure whether the issue is on Metro or the app's end, either way it is infuriating.
