Ratings and reviews

A lot to like about this app. Easy to use and user friendly. One thing I wish, however, is that they would open the map when picking favorites. Right now, you have to switch modes (from nearby to bus routes)if a stop you want to save isn't within a few block radius of your current location. Otherwise it a lot better than the "official" metro app. Update: Was having problems but they fixed it. Good work 👍

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP. This app is a scam. As soon as you open it it asks you to create an account and enter a credit card, with a statement that your card will not be charged. I foolishly thought that seemed plausible, perhaps because you could recharge your TAP card in the app. I quickly realized my mistake by going to my credit card app where I noticed 2 unauthorized charges. I blocked the charges and notified my credit card company.

This used to be a good but the changes they made are absolutely frusrating and stupid. Insted of listing the stops according to the bus route, they switched to listing the stops in numerical order according to the bus stop number. Now it takes forever just to find the stop your looking. And once you find the stop, whichever direction you intend on going, once you click on it, it gives you the opposite direction. Now you have to start all over again. The whole process is aggrivating asf.
