Ratings and reviews

A lot to like about this app. Easy to use and user friendly. One thing I wish, however, is that they would open the map when picking favorites. Right now, you have to switch modes (from nearby to bus routes)if a stop you want to save isn't within a few block radius of your current location. Otherwise it a lot better than the "official" metro app. Update: Was having problems but they fixed it. Good work 👍

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP. This app is a scam. As soon as you open it it asks you to create an account and enter a credit card, with a statement that your card will not be charged. I foolishly thought that seemed plausible, perhaps because you could recharge your TAP card in the app. I quickly realized my mistake by going to my credit card app where I noticed 2 unauthorized charges. I blocked the charges and notified my credit card company.

Edi 4/28/26 - this last update to the app is a mess. The app no longer opens to the map screen & now you have to look for you bus line instead of the map showing the nearest bust stops in your current area. Not worth the time! There's another transit app that shows all available lines in your area & includes non-metro lines as well. I would rather use that app then this one. Hope this app gets a better update than what currently available. Dropping from 3 stars to one for this app! Bye!
