HOW TO LOCATE YOUR DEVICES

REVISED2: update fixed login. We'll see how long before it breaks again. Remember-if you have problem, email. They don't read what you post here. Revised: says invalid username/password all the time now when credentials are correct. They did respond to email and tell me to download the lite version and I would be able to use it without ads since I had purchased the pro version. That worked, but after a few weeks it went back to not logging on.

have been using this app for years and it had been very good for being able to keep track of my family. it works fine in of itself but the ads have just gotten ridiculous. I understand that they need to have ads and accepted this but it is to the point you can't even use the app. if it were a one time fee id be willing to buy but I'm not going to pay for another subscription. Will be looking for a replacement

App doesn't work since installing the latest updates. I use it to track my children (they have iPhones) & it especially came in handy when my daughter used to travel back and forth from Ohio to Tennessee. Having it was a good peace of mind. Fix the issues please!!! Update: 01/07/21 App works well most of the time & I know what to do on my phone when issues arise. It's by far the most reliable & consistent Android app I've downloaded to locate loved ones who use either...an Android or iPhone.
