Lots of bad reviews on here. My experience was the opposite. I found my event immediately after opening the app. I added credits with no issue. My only con against this app is the lack of directions/instructions regarding the use of credits. It was not clear how you were going to get ride operators to scan your phone. Instead, it seemed like you were being led to buy a "wristband". Very confusing. I had to ask staff members for assistance. Once that was clarified, all went well.

app will not let you log back in after logging out it days it's still logged in to previous device. this is the only device that was ever logged in. what a waste and it doesn't let me access my purchase!!

ridiculous 10% service charge. keep having to hit ready to scan per person.
