For months now, the app has been saying invalid pin more often than not when I try to log in. The first time, I was worried my phone was hacked. But the same pin worked a few hours later. Sometimes, it feels like this bug lasts days. I don't know if it is a slow connection at the end they do the authentication, but regardless it needs a better error message and fixing.

I would like notifications to appear on my phone whenever transactions are done. This is a priority for me. Westpac app does this, I can't get this app to. Also the font of the account number is TOO SMALL. The bsb and account number is basic and fundamental information, please makes it easier to read. One more adjustment, I would like to be able to rearrange my 'pay anyone' list. Happy overall. Good job.

Wasn't able to access my account due to 'no internet access/connection'. I re-installed the app to attempt to fix it. I required a push code notification to register the device, which the app was not able to send to me. Now, the app is constantly and consistently crashes. I can't get even to the screen to register my device. Not good. If not fixed soon, I will need to find another banking service.
