Some days you hold it together for everyone else, and there's no one left to hold it for you.
MoMo is a voice-first companion for the thinking you usually do alone. Open it, press the mic, and talk. No forms, no mood scores to log, no streaks to keep up, no one to perform for.
TALK, DON'T TYPE
Speak naturally and MoMo listens, then answers out loud. Typing is always there when you'd rather stay quiet.
IT REMEMBERS
MoMo carries the thread between conversations — the deadline that's been sitting on your chest, the conversation you keep replaying, the pattern you circle back to. You never have to explain from the beginning again.
IT NOTICES WHAT YOU MIGHT NOT
With your permission, MoMo can read sleep, steps, heart rate and heart-rate variability from Health Connect and gently join the dots: the week your sleep slipped before everything started to feel heavier.
GROUNDED, NOT CLINICAL
Conversations draw on ideas from cognitive reframing, acceptance and commitment, and parts work — offered as conversation, never as homework. Short practices are there when you want them: a breathing exercise, a grounding moment, a five-minute walk.
QUIET BY DESIGN
No badges. No guilt. No notifications nagging you to keep a streak alive. MoMo is there when you open it and silent when you don't.
YOURS, AND PRIVATE
Your conversations are yours. They are never used to train or improve any AI model. You can export everything or delete your account and all associated data at any time, from inside the app.
WHO IT'S FOR
MoMo was built for people who look like they're coping. Who are capable, organised, and relied upon — and who are quietly running on empty. If you've ever finished a day of holding everything together and thought "I have nowhere to put this," MoMo is a place to put it.
IMPORTANT
MoMo is a wellbeing companion, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional care or therapy. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.
Think out loud. MoMo listens, remembers, and helps you make sense of it.
