두개 계정이 중복으로 결제가 되어 한개 계정에만 사용 가능하게끔 환불요청을 하는데 정책때문에 환불을 안해준다고 하네.. 합리적으로 좀 해주면 안되는건지 좀 지나치네. 한사람이 계정을 두개쓸것도 아닌데

구글계정으로 로그인이 안됩니다. 무언가 잘못됬다는 메세지만 뜹니다. 어떻게 해결하나요? RE- 답글을 써봅니다. 처음에는 댓글이 써지지않아서 앱을 삭제했다가 다시 설치했는데요. 로그인이 되지않아서 앱 캐시와 데이터를 지우고 삭제까지하고 또 다시 설치해보기도 했고, 광고차단 또는 VPN 같은것도 사용하지 않습니다. 그런데 여전히 로그인이 되지않았습니다.

작년 1월에 구독 후 별 도움이 않되어 1개월 후에 메일로 탈퇴 요청 했었는데 금년 1월에 다음 1년분 구독료을 인출해 갔음. 그 후 구독를 Google play 에서 탈퇴하라고 메세지가 오는데 수 차례 해도 실패했음. 구독은 간편하게 해 놓고 탈퇴는 의도적으로 불편하게 해 놓고 있음. 대단히 신뢰할 수 없는 기업임.
