About this app

Dear Skin is a private diary for your skin flares. Tap where a flare is on a body map, rate the itch and how the skin looks, add a photo if you want one, and Dear Skin keeps the story straight over time. When you see your dermatologist, you can show them the pattern instead of trying to remember it.

Everything stays on your phone. No account, no ads, and it works offline.

What you can log

Where flares are, on a front and back body map. Mark more than one spot at a time.
Itch and severity from 0 to 10, plus the main sign: redness, scaling, or thickening.
Photos from your camera or gallery. They are stored only on your device.
Suspected triggers, the treatments you used, and whether they helped.
How a flare touched your sleep, mood, and daily activities.
What you get back

A calendar of your days and a heat map of where flares show up most.
Plain trends: itch and severity over time, and your most-affected areas.
A Weekly Skin Check: seven quick questions that add up to your own week-to-week yardstick.
A clean PDF or CSV of the last 7 days you can share if you want to, with a photo strip included.
Made for skin Pick eczema, psoriasis, or both, and Dear Skin tailors its suggestions: the spots people usually mark, common triggers like stress, sweat, and cold dry air, and treatment types from emollients to phototherapy. Short plain-language articles cover the basics, from the itch-scratch cycle to when it makes sense to book a visit.

Free, with an optional one-time upgrade The diary and the everyday tools are free. Dear Skin Pro is a single purchase, no subscription. It adds longer and custom-range reports, a photo timeline where you can compare the same spot over time, deeper patterns and trigger analysis, full history with a year calendar, a personal accent color, and local backup and restore with your photos included.

Private by design

No account, no sign-up
Your entries and photos stay on your phone
No ads, no tracking, nothing collected
Fully offline. The only network use is Google Play handling the optional purchase.
Please note: Dear Skin is a personal tracker to help you stay organized. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not analyze your photos; it stores them for you. Anything it shows is a summary of what you entered. Always talk to a qualified health professional about your skin.
