About this app

Make a beautiful rangoli for Diwali, Pongal, Onam or any morning, with designs that look like real powder on a real floor.

A NEW DESIGN EVERY DAY Every day brings a new round rangoli, in the colours of the festival season: lamps and Lakshmi's footprints for Diwali, kolams in Margazhi, petals for Onam. Browse many more by festival: Diwali, Pongal, Onam, Navratri, wedding, flower pookalam and dot kolam.

FOLLOW IT STEP BY STEP Open any design and it builds up one step at a time: draw this ring, draw this petal twelve times around the centre, fill these shapes with kumkum. Then draw it yourself.

DRAW YOUR OWN Round rangoli: tap a petal, a leaf, a mango, a lamp, a lotus or a peacock feather and it goes all the way round, 4 to 24 times, mirrored like a mandala. Add rings, scallops and waves. Kolam: draw on a dot grid, and the line snaps smoothly around the dots, copied four or eight ways as you draw.

COLOUR IT IN Tap a shape to fill it with rangoli powder from palettes for Diwali, Pongal, Onam, Navratri and weddings. Or tap Colour it for me and every shape is coloured at once, never two neighbours alike. Tap again for another.

SHARE IT Send your rangoli to family on WhatsApp as a picture.
